Kan een reisagent nog wel zonder?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

TIDS staat voor Travel Industry Designator Service. Dit is een code waarbij iedere reisagent, meeting en event planner zich internationaal als reisprofessional kan identificeren bij reisdienstverleners zoals hotels, autoverhuurders, cruisemaatschappijen, etc. Na aanmelding kun je de gegevens van jouw onderneming zelf aanpassen op de IATA Customer Portal. IATA Communiceert deze gegevens meerdere keren per week via haar official bulletins en leveranciers kunnen de code eveneens verifi\u00ebren op www.checkacode.com. Het aanvragen vindt plaats via de IATA Customer Portal. De reisprofessional moet bij de aanvraag wel aan bepaalde eisen voldoen, zoals het aantoonbaar voeren van een onderneming die zich bezig houdt met reizen, event planning enz. en waar vereist een vergunning kunnen tonen (geldt niet voor Nederland) en door een reisdienstverlener schriftelijk worden voorgedragen.<\/p>\n

TICECo Legal Services verzorgt naast complete accreditaties als IATA Passenger of IATA Cargo agent ook de TIDS aanvraag voor reisondernemingen. Wij zorgen waar nodig voor de aanmelding van een account op de IATA Customer Portal, verzorgen en controleren de vereiste documentatie incl. de upload van de documenten en volgen het dossier op tot en met de goedkeuring door IATA. Voor de begeleiding van een TIDS aanvraag vanaf 1 januari 2025 geldt een vaste vergoeding van \u20ac 425- excl. BTW eventuele facultatieve kosten (offici\u00eble uittreksels e.d.).
